Fitness pal5/16/2023 Every sine oage is adorned with ADS ADS ADS!!!! I left when their ridiculous app security meabt I was one of the thoudands whose personal setails were sold on line ( I still get spam so thanks for that). The app was easy to use and the free option was ideal with no IN YOUR FACE ridiculous marketing ads religiously trying to force you into a ridiculously expensive premium account which on top of Gym membership, supplementment costs is almost equal to my monthly mortgage!!!! The new layout is incredibley difficult to navigate. I used this app religiously every day between 20. If I was Samsung I would be pretty salty about the way this app doesn't bother about fixing issues affecting its customers. With the increase in ads and moving of key features to premium, MFP seems determing to lose its base. I see from other reviews that bugs are not fixed well even after reporting which is a bad sign for a developer. MFP, I found a problem with YOUR app, sort it, when I said I'd sent enough info and screen shots they still refused to look into it as they needed all this other stuff (which they don't, they could just check my account or do the leg work themselves and investigate as I am sure this is a partner wide issue with Samsung not just a quirk of my phone and watch version). Which is onerous for me to sit down and collect on their behalf. You'd think they would be happy customers are helping identify issues but they responded with arrogance, when someone from the dev team finally got involved they asked for 15 details around version number, model device etc. Not so much the problem was not designed out at build stage or when Samsung onboarded but more the way the customer service team did not care about solving the issue. Sync to Samsung watch and Samsung health app is broken, keeps pulling through duplicated figures (steps plus active logged exercise which is already included in total steps).
